We are inviting AI and machine learning experts to submit their proposals to organize and chair a conference track or workshop at this premier AI event being held from February 11-14, 2025 at the SwissTech Convention Center, EPFL, Lausanne. During the four days, experts from academia, industry and government and future AI talent will come together to enjoy high caliber keynote speakers, talks, workshops, startup pitches, exhibitions and more.
Conference (February 11-13, 2025)
Featuring themed tracks spanning technology, natural sciences, economics, politics, social sciences, and more. The focus will be on the application of machine learning and AI within these domains, spotlighting the latest innovations.
Exhibition (February 11-13, 2025)
Spread throughout the venue, we'll have booths, demos and poster sessions showcasing a spectrum of applications and innovations from industry, government, academia, and startups.
Workshop day (February 14, 2025)
The workshops this edition will take place on a Friday, offering a range of hands-on learning sessions suitable for all levels of expertise. From practical training and coding classes, demos, to hackathons, enabling participants to delve into the cutting-edge applications of machine learning and AI.

The deadline to submit workshop and track proposals was September 8, 2024. Thanks to all who have submitted a proposal. Proponents will be notified on September 30, 2024 whether their submission was successful.
